What we do and what we do not do

In these terms "we" and "us" mean Roof Home Experts, the service that runs this site and its quote request forms. We are an advertising, matching, and referral service. We collect your project details, check whether a roofing company serving your area handles your kind of project, and pass your request to that company.

We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, price, warrant, or guarantee any construction, installation, remodeling, or repair work, and we do not act as your agent or the company's agent. Any estimate, contract, financing, permit, or project is solely between you and the company you choose to work with.

If the consent language shown with a form conflicts with these terms on the subject it covers, the consent language controls.

Who may use the site

By submitting a request, you confirm that you are an adult, that you own the property or have permission to request quotes for it, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are not submitting someone else's contact details without their permission. The site is not for emergencies; contact emergency services or a local professional directly if there is a risk to life, health, or property.

Matching and no guarantee

Submitting a request is free and does not obligate you to hire anyone. We may match your request based on your location, ownership status, project type and size, the status of any plans, and the service areas and availability of companies we work with.

We do not guarantee that a company will be available, that it will contact you, that it will give you an estimate, that it will take your project, or that a request will be matched at all. We may decline, hold, or remove a request that appears inaccurate, duplicated, outside any available service area, automated, or abusive.

How we are paid

Companies may pay us for advertising, matching, and referral services. That compensation may affect which companies are available to receive a request, but it does not change what you pay us, which is nothing. A match is not an endorsement, certification, or recommendation of any company. Check licensing, insurance, references, and contract terms yourself before hiring anyone.

Estimates and prices are not guaranteed

Any price, estimate, availability, financing, or timeline you receive comes from the roofing company and may change after a site visit. We do not set, review, or guarantee it and are not a party to any agreement you make with the company.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a request, you agree to the consent language shown beneath the button, which allows us and the matched company to contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or unauthorized requests, to interfere with the site or its security, to use automated tools to submit forms or collect data, or to copy or redistribute site content without permission.

Our content

The text, design, images, and software on this site belong to Roof Home Experts or its licensors. You may view the site for your own use; any other use requires written permission.

Third-party sites and platforms

The site may link to or use services from other companies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

This site is not part of the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google websites and is not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or Google LLC. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Advertising on those platforms is subject to their terms, which are separate from ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the matching service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Roof Home Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by, estimates given by, or agreements made with a company you were matched with. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where we are organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
